The Simplicity of Life

Simplicity-

Simplicity \Sim*plic"i*ty\, n. [F. simplicit['e], L. simplicitas.

1. The quality or state of being simple, unmixed, or uncompounded; as, the simplicity of metals or of earths. 

2. The quality or state of being not complex, or of consisting of few parts; as, the simplicity of a machine. 

Life- 

the general or universal condition of human existence

The definition of simplicity is described above using words such as uncompounded, unmixed and not complex. Life, the condition/s that we, homo sapiens exist in.

I am a silent observer of these conditions, I live in it, I breathe, eat, sleep it. Yet I can't help sit and wonder, that these conditions what we live in at present, are not anymore natural conditions but artificial, man-made conditions. What we call simplicity of Life is no longer there. Yes, there are those who prefer to live like a hermit and say that their life is simple, but they too, will come a day where they can no longer live simple, unless of course paying for something or the other so that they may be allowed to live like a hermit.

Water today has a cost, to defecate  costs money, we are not even allowed to sleep in our own cars.

And yet we call life simple. The land we live, walk and sleep on is owned, no more freedom to travel and sleep under the stars. 

Can we call our lives uncompounded, unmixed, not complex? 

At this point, I think of my higher calling, my God. Yes I say my God, because I believe we each have our own way of perceiving that special connection, a higher energy, mother nature, universal energy etc.

I tap into it and derive strength, because life is no longer simple nor free, but that connection to my, your, our God, is. When I tap into this never ending faucet in me, I feel replenished, strong, contented. The worries I have, or should I say had, are not so big anymore, the heavy rock on my shoulders become as light as a feather and we each have the power of deriving this. One just needs to look inside and be open.

No pretenses, no thoughts. Just to open oneself and receive is the important part.

Life is so 'Simple' once we remember our secret source. Unfortunately people of this time, are so busy with materialistic tendencies, image and power,  that they do not realise that there is a silent watcher, and a powerful connection to this 'God', that can guide all of us.

Life itself gives us so many hints and guides us, but we have become too preoccupied with the trivialities  of our so called 'Life'.

Coming down to it, my advice for today is 'STOP an LISTEN'.

 Take a walk in the park and listen to the wind, or the leaves crunching under your feet as you walk, go to the beach or a bubbling river and just listen. NO THOUGHTS, try to empty your mind and breathe... A sound so phenomenal and calming. 

Your mind is like a radio, try not to tune into so many stations, and don't tune into the bad stations either. What you open your mind to you will receive. 

You are the controller and determiner, you have the power in your own two hands, doesn't matter if manicured or under hard laborious work. Have A Great Day!
